#57 Seared Sea Scallops with Salsa I picked up some scallops at the opening day of the Arlington Farmer's Market this afternoon and decided to try this recipe from Cooking Light. It worked very well, although I think next time I'd use less orange and make it more lemony. I used some lemon olive oil on the greens and that was lovely.
