Well, just about.

Yesterday afternoon was the final performance of _Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead_. It was a good performance, though I think our best shows were opening night and this Saturday night. It's always interesting to watch how the individual runs are slightly different and have a different feel and flow.

We accomplished strike in just over an hour and then went to the cast party, hosted by friends of one of the leads who happen to live just a couple of houses down from the church. It was a very good gathering and a chance to be together before everyone goes in different directions.

Now I'm working on sorting through all the stuff that will be stored here--it's not as much stuff as I thought and will be pretty easy to fit.

Thank you to everyone reading this who took part as cast or crew or came to see the show. It's been a fantastic experience.

So what's next? :)

Glad it went well - sorry I wasn't in town to see it.

Not everyone is heading off into the sunset. You've got a real ball team now. So as Jason would say....onWAAAARD!

Agreed

I was reluctant to leave the cast party because I was having such a great time. Then an outside thought occurred to me: that I should feel sad because it was the end of a production and I wouldn't see these folks again. Then I thought, Yuh-HUH! Of course I'll see them again. It was just a feeling, really. I just knew I'd found a new family.
