One of the recipes I'd tagged in How to Cook Everything was ( #43 Mashed Cauliflower with Cheese ).
That went very nicely with ( #44 Mustard-Crusted Pork Loin )
Served with steamed green beans, this made a really lovely dinner. Next time I think I might try using an Italian herb crust on the pork and making the cauliflower with Asiago, but Jason liked the mustard crust so much I don't know that he'll let me.
