Freezer food
Apr. 26th, 2010 10:54 pmI need to stock the freezer with things that defrost well, so that we don't end up eating nothing but tv dinners and take-away during our upcoming rehearsal period. So far I've got:
• Hungarian mushroom soup
• pasta e fagioli without the pasta
• spaghetti sauce
• chili
• pozole
• beef stew
But that's pretty tomato-heavy and not going to get us through a month. Other suggestions?
