Another Round of Stuff to Go
Jul. 28th, 2012 04:36 pmIn a couple of weeks we'll be moving out of here and the last of the stuff we've been using to stage the house for sale will be available. You, my loyal f-list, get first dibs before I post this on to wider lists. We'd like to hold onto it until August 15th and coordinate you taking it as we're moving.
TV/DVD/Armoire

Zenith C27V22 4:3 CRT HDTV (1080i, 480p)
Samsung DVD-1080p7 upscaling

This is a good set-up for a relatively small space, keeping the tv from dominating the whole room. We're asking $100, but feel free to make us an offer. Preference will go to anyone wanting the whole set, but if you're interested in one part, let me know.
Queen-Sized Sofabed
As seen in this photo. It's got a few issues--the upholstery on the seat cushions has been frayed by the hardware and the mechanism can be a little finicky when you're folding it back up. On the other hand, the mattress is good and we're happy to throw in a memory foam mattress-topper to make it even more comfortable. And it can be yours for the price of coming to get it.
Dining Room Table and Chairs
As seen in this photo. The table measures 66"L x 41"W and it has one 16" leaf. There are a couple of small scratches on it. The chairs could use a little glue to tighten some of the joins. Asking $50 for the whole set, or make us an offer.
Queen-Size Mattress/Box Spring/Standard Metal Frame
Medium firm, moderately used, in good condition. We've never had bed-bugs or anything like it. Yours for the price of coming to get it.
Four-Drawer Dresser
As seen in this photo. A few scratches and fixes, but with roomy drawers. If we can't find a taker, we might use it for storage in our basement. If you want it, it's yours.
I've also got a really great 1.5 qt. Revere non-stick saucepan with pouring spouts and a straining lid. It's awesome for cooking rice and generally useful, but it doesn't have a high enough iron content to work on our induction stove. If anyone would like it, I'd be happy to pass it along to a new home.
I'm also waiting to hear back from folks who might want our IKEA crib/toddler bed and dresser/changing table. Let me know if that would be of interest and if our first takers decline, I'll be in touch.
