I haven't yet watched the Terminator series, although I've been tempted to since I've heard Summer Glau is on the show. It's really fun to watch a petite, sweet-looking girl completely kick the asses of a gang of men, each twice her size. Something about that appeals to me--can't think of what it could be... ;)

She was different in her guest role on Angel, but she does seem to be making a specialty of waifish badasses.

pretty much. I'm actually enjoying the show a fair bit, but it's very much "la la la" much of the time.

I've been happy with how respectful the show has been of the movies with several plot references and even returning characters (ie the scientist's wife).
