#41 Real Beef Stroganoff Another from How to Cook Everything. Pretty easy and quite tasty, although too rich for my tummy, despite substituting yogurt for the sour cream. One nice feature is that it works well to do all the real work a day before and just re-heating and adding the cream and dill while making pasta. My guest for dinner this evening used to live next to an Eastern European woman who was generous with her leftovers and Linda said this did indeed taste like the real thing.
