1. What facial feature do you find the most attractive on others?
Eyes.

2. Would you vote for a woman candidate for president?
Sure, if I preferred her to her opponent.

Not solely for money, no.

4. Have you had braces?
Yes.

5. Do you pluck your eyebrows?
Yes.

6. Do you ever cut or hurt yourself?
Not deliberately.

Yes. (Yahoo)

10. If so, how many people are on your list(s)?
Seventeen.

11. If you could live in any past time period, which would it be?
Well, it would depend on who I got to be :) I would be interested to see what I would have done if I had been ~19 in 1967. In most time periods if I had been me I think I would have chafed against the limitations of being a woman.

13. Do you wear shoes in the house or take them off?
A little of both, but I'm less often barefoot than shod.

14. What is your favorite fruit?
Today? Peaches.

15. Do you eat wheat bread or white?
White, especially sourdough.

17. What is the last movie you saw?
I think it was Sky Captain and WoT.

18. Do you kiss on the first date?
With gusto.

19. Are you photogenic?
Generally.

20. Do you dream in color or black and white?
I've done both at different times.

No. I don't have very good nails and my husband doesn't like the look.

I don't think so.

No, although I have this very strong image of looking at my hand and it being small and webbed, as if I could have seen it in the womb.

I like talking about myself, and survey-memes give me an excuse.

Somewhere between occasionally and frequently, depending on your metric. I'm fond of wine and tequila, tho' not in the same evening.

26. Did you like or do you like high school?
Nope. Hated it.

27. What is the most beautiful language?
English.

28. When you are asleep do you like being kissed awake?
It depends on how much I'm enjoying being asleep.

29. Do you like sunrises or sunsets the most?
Sunsets.

30. Do you want to live to be 100?
I find it overwhelming to imagine having to wake up that many mornings yet.

31. Do you think women should be expected to shave their body hair?
No. But I prefer it.

32. Do you like salty food or sugary food the most?
Salty! Salty, salty, salty!

33. Is a flat stomach important to you?
Nope.

34. Do you or have you played with a ouija board?
I don't think so.

35. Are you loyal?
Generally, but not blindly.

36. Are you tolerant of other people's beliefs?
Tolerant, yes. Respectful, not always.

37. When you watch movies at home, do you like the lights on or off?
On.

Not as such, no.

Only very occasionally.

40. Do you like your nose?
Quite a bit.

41. Do you like abstract art?
Some of it, quite a bit. Much of it, not at all. (Rather like representational art, come to that.)

42. Do you think you can draw well?
Yes, although not consistently. I enjoy drawing but I don't practice it seriously.
I suspect a small amount of training or dedicated practice would make a huge improvement in my skill, and I'd even appreciate it.
I occassionally consider taking a drawing class, though as yet haven't done anything about it.

43. Do you listen to music daily?
Not unless you count my own singing. I listen to music regularly, but not daily.

44. Do you like to watch cartoons?
No.

45. At what age did you find out that Santa Claus wasn't real?
I don't remember ever thinking he was anything but a metaphor.

46. How many pairs of shoes do have in your closet?
About 40, last time I counted.

47. Do you like to wear the same shoes everyday or do you like a variety?
I shift between a few different pairs, and switch sets with the seasons.

48. Do you write poetry?
Rarely and poorly.

49. Do you snore?
Yes.

50. Do you sleep more on your back, front, or sides?
I can't fall asleep except lying on my stomach with one knee bent, but I'm told that I spend most of the night sleeping on my back.

51. Would you rather have a poodle or a rottweiler?
Tough choice. A standard poodle is ok. I know a nice rottweiler, but they require more exercise than I'm likely to give a dog.

52. Do you lick stamps?
I get the self-stick ones these days, but I've licked ~1000 stamps in a day--it's easier than sponging them and I don't mind the taste.

53. Do you use an electric can opener?
Not since I left my mom's house (she has arthritis, so manual ones aren't really an option for her).

54. Have you ridden in a hot air balloon?
No, but I hope to someday.

55. Which hurts the most, physical or emotional pain?
Emotional. Although I would replace "divorce" with "breakups," one of my favorite quotes is "The surprising thing about divorce is that it doesn't kill you."

56. Do you think balding men should shave their heads?
Not as a rule. Very few people have heads that don't look better with a little hair.

57. Do you know anyone who is clinically depressed?
Yes.

58. Do you prefer a piano or a violin?
Piano. I don't like violin much at all.

59. Are you a sex addict?
No. I'm not entirely convinced the phrase has a referent.

60. Do you know someone who has cancer?
Yes.

No.

62. Do you like fast food joints, or expensive restaurants?
Both.

Yes.

Yes.

At the moment, yes. I'm planning to have a nap once I finish this.

Yes.

68. Have you ever met anyone off the internet?
Yes, in both interpretations of that question.

69. How many phones do you have in your house?
One landline phone line, five handsets for it. Two cellphones.

70. How long is your hair?
Mid-back length and growing.

71. Do you get along with your parents?
Very well.

72. What color of eyes do you prefer?
I'm more into shape and expression than color.

73. Are you an active person?
No. I occassionally make efforts to be more so.

75. What does your bedroom look like?
It's a fairly small room with a low, sloping celing. Two windows with blinds on them. Queen bed with a headboard that includes a shelf for books. Large closet, usually open. Two dressers and a standing mirror. Hardwood floors, a blue & tan area rug. Three walls are "Cancun Sand," while the fourth (around the closet) is "Utah Sky," and the ceiling is white.

I'm amused at the proximity of liking ones nose and abstract art. I find the leaps of topics in these meme's rather arbitraty and yet...they often make me smile.

It amazes me how much we have in common, although I suppose it shouldn't. Although I never had braces, have shorter hair and my bedroom is much different. :)
