What a fantastic day! I was early for lunch, so I got to hang out in the Square for a few minutes, enjoying the beautiful weather and listening to a Spanish guitar. Then I had a quick, tasty lunch with a beautiful and interesting woman. Then I headed up to the church, which meant more strolling in the sun, and got some work done. I came home from that and had a lovely nap with very interesting dreams. In the evening we went up for dinner with

kirkcudbright and his family and a couple of other friends of theirs. Good wine, amazing food, lovely conversation, and elephant jokes! We rolled on home just after ten, curled up on the couch and watched a couple of hours of TV, including one of the very best shows I've ever watched. And now, to bed.

And yes, I know that I'm a very lucky person.
