In praise of hammercock

hammercock is a beautiful person. She happens to also be a very attractive woman, with the kind of hair I've always wished I had. She has passion and conviction and the willingness to act on her beliefs. She doesn't give up easily on difficult situations, but she has the courage to change her life when that becomes necessary, even when the changes involve pain and uncertainty. She loves very fully and is someone that people like, without being bland or popularity-seeking. She has learned to own her feelings and to defend her own boundaries, without shutting people out. She has a wicked sense of humor and an honesty that is always refreshing and often entertaining. She makes me feel welcome in any room she's in.

I'm very glad that hammercock is my friend and I hope we will continue to know each other better and have many more good walks together.
