Leah Update

booklycame through surgery just fine, so the gall bladder is gone.
However, there are a few stones floating around lower down in the
digestive system that they want the specialist to retrieve, so they
are keeping her overnight and will do that procedure tomorrow. That
doesn't involve an incision, just a tube down the throat. She says
she's a little sore around the middle, but they are giving her
morphine and she's feeling okay. She's been dozing a bunch, but not
really sleeping deeply, so if you want to call (413-582-4586), feel
free.

If anyone is going out to visit her, she's bored and would love a good book.
