this recipe. I used about a pint of cherry tomatoes in place of the big ones and put in two cloves of garlic and about 1.5 tablespoons of basil and more than a cup of cheese. In future I think I would take the squash off the heat as soon as it comes to a boil and I would start with 1/4 cup of vinegar and use the basil olive oil I have on hand. But it got good reviews and is definitely a nice way to work through the squash.
