Rolling with the Punches

I have yet to figure out how to actually create a poll in LJ, but I'm wondering if people have opinions on party drinks. I'm thinking that instead of hot cider and cold alcoholic punch (in addition to the usual stand-alones) I'd make a hot alcoholic punch. The three options that I'm considering are "Charles Dickens Punch" (rum, brandy, sugar, lemons, etc.), "Hot Burgundy Punch" (wine, sugar, cinnamony stuff, etc.), and "Ponche de Pina" (pineapple, rum, coconut milk, cinnamony stuff, etc.). Any of these sounds more appealing than the others?

Ooo! I'd rank them 1, 2, and 3. The Dickens punch sounds nice and citrusy, which sounds delightful, while the wine and cinnamon punch sounds like a Christmas mulled wine. I don't know what hot coconut milk and alcohol would taste like, and I think that recipe might lose something in the translation from the icy piña colada it derives from. But I'll bet they'd all be interesting to try!
