Bob Dylan is apparently suing to prevent the release of Factory Girl, a biopic about Edie Sedgwick, a woman who was part of Andy Warhol's circle until her suicide at age 28. He is concerned that the movie may defame him by claiming that he was responsible for her death. This despite the character's name being changed to "Billy Quinn" and being reportedly an amalgamation of Dylan, Jagger and various other people. Here's one article about it.

I can't help but think this is a really bad idea on the part of Dylan. His legal battle will create more publicity for the film and probably give more people the idea that perhaps he was responsible for Sedgwick's death than would ever see the movie. It's already caused her brother to claim that she killed herself after being forced to abort Dylan's baby. I can only think that the memory of Sedgwick's death is still so painful for him, whatever his role in it might or might not have been, that he is unable to approach the situation rationally.

Frankly, I think I'd be more upset at being portrayed by Hayden Christensen.
