bookly: Growing up, I didn't know there were different kinds of squash. We had squash all the time, but it was just "squash". Years later I asked my dad what kind of squash that was.

bookly: Right! And now I know lots of different kids of squash. Butternut and acorn and the big one that starts with H I can never remember the name of...

I didn't know they existed until I watched a guy at a farmers market split one in half by carefully dropping it on the ground and then picking it up, rotate it a bit and dropping it again.
