I like either the first one or the last one. Don't really care for the bearded ones as they look much less professional (plus I think it says you're hiding something). But those two have the nicest, most natural expressions and the best angle. Also, see if they'll touch up the circles under his eyes.
Best place to go for prints: Pro B&W in the South End.
I think you want to avoid any of the fairly straight head-on shots where Jason's smile is crooked -- it makes his nose look crooked, probably not the effect he's after. :-)
