Y'know the old saw about eating a live frog first thing in the morning...that way nothing worse will happen to either of you for the rest of the day?

Getting up after three hours of sleep to drive through rush-hour traffic to have blood drawn seems a reasonable equivalent.

And now I'm going back to bed.
