Go See Metamorphoses
Oct. 26th, 2007 02:27 amBoston locals, if there's any way you can make it to the ART tomorrow or Saturday, go see the Harvard-Radcliffe Dramatic Club's production of Mary Zimmerman's adaptation of Ovid's Metamorphoses. This is a fine production of what might just be my favorite piece of theatre.
I want to go on and on about what a stunning piece of work this play is and how much I loved it when I first saw it in 1999 and the differences between that production and this one, but it is very late and Alice actually went to sleep two hours ago, so I've got to get to bed.
But trust me, if you haven't seen Metamorphoses get thee to the theatre!
