This article is fascinating. I had recently heard about the potential mis-diagnosis of ADD/HD for sleep disorders, but this article ties sufficient sleep into all sorts of mental, physical and emotional effects. Sleep may be part of the answer for conditions as diverse as depression, obesity, and lower SATs.

Don't read it now--go to bed!

I read somewhere that the average American gets 1 hr. less sleep these days than they did 10 years ago. Time for ALL of us to stop overextending ourselves, not just kids. They learn from us after all.

I knew it!!! I'm willing to bet that sleep amounts are pretty significant for adults too. Which means I'm renewing my resolution to go to bed early every night. (early for me is by midnight...)
